History of LCC Lakeside Country Club is located at 1520 Rose Garden Drive in Metairie by the lake. We are a family oriented club that opened in June of 1966. The club consists of an Olympic Size Swimming Pool, 2 Lighted Tennis Courts, Workout Room, Club Room, Concession Stand and Adult Bar. There is also a 2800 square foot Ballroom upstairs with a balcony that when complete will be available for club functions as well as rentals. Our facility has a state of the art surveillance system that offers our members and their guest an added sense or security. Lakeside is a member of Jefferson Community Club Association (JCCA). As a member of JCCA we compete in Swimming, Diving and Tennis for children and Tennis for both Men and Women. As a member of LCC you have year round use of both tennis courts and workout room. The pool is generally open in May and closes on Labor Day. We have several Family Nights through out the summer and various adult and children activities year round. The highlight of the summer is our annual 4th of July Party. LCC also continues to offer a summer camp program that begins the Tuesday after Memorial Day and runs until the second week of August. Our camp is a fun and stress free way for your children to spend the summer. We swim everyday and offer tennis and arts and crafts. We also have a P.E. teacher that provides an exercise program that is both enjoyable as well as beneficial to their little bodies. The purpose of LCC is to provide a facility that can be enjoyed by our members and their guest.
