Lakeside celebrates our 50th Anniversary by hosting an Open House on Sunday September 18, 2016. This event is open to all Lakeside Members – both past and present.
We will have a Food Trucks on site and the Splash Bar will also be open. With many of your favorite drinks at SPECIAL prices.
The pool will be open and the Saints game will be showing on all our TV’s!!
The Pontchartrain Room will also be open.
Please pass the word to anyone you know that may have been a member over the past 50 years.

Swim Team Banquet 5:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.
SUNDAY 8/28 – 12:00 noon – 8:00 pm
FRIDAY 9/2 – 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
SATURDAY 9/3- 12:00 am – 9:00 pm
SUNDAY 9/4- 12:00 noon -9:00 pm
MONDAY 9/5 – 11:00 AM – 7:00 pm

Lakeside 50th Anniversary Party
Beginning Monday August 29, 2016 we will no longer be open during the week from 4-8. However, parents are also allowed to swim with their children between the hours of 11:00 am-2:00 pm. Please keep in mind that there will not be a lifeguard on duty during these hours and you must have a waiver on file in the office.
As always adult members are allowed to swim when the club is closed as long as they have signed a wavier.
As a part of Lakeside Country Clubs dedication to serve the community and our members we allow several of our area Middle Schools to hold their Swim Teams practices here during the week in the afternoon. If a member would like to swim laps during this time please let the adult coach know and they will clear a lane for you. Most teams practice between the hours of 3:30 and 6:00.

5 p.m.-10 p.m.
Awards will begin promptly at 5:00 and will be held in the Pontchartrain Room. Team members and their families are invited to enjoy barbecue hamburgers and hot dogs following the awards. We will need parents to help cook and serve the food. Please let Maureen know if you will be available to help.
Age Out Relay Races and Parent Race
We will host an age out relay for all past swim team members during the party. Please pass the word to anyone you know who was on the swim team in the past 50,
YES 50 YEARS!!!!!!
Parents who would like to participate in a 25 yd freestyle race are encouraged to sign up in the office.

We are very excited to show off the renovations upstairs to all our past members. We are looking for photos and memorabilia from the past 50 years. If you have anything you would like to share you can either post it to our Facebook page(Lakeside Country Club), email to (email@example.com) or drop it off to the office at Lakeside. MEMBERS AND GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING OUTSIDE BEVERAGES ON TO THE PREMISES.
According to the State Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control (ATC), under the permit issued to Lakeside Country Club, members and guests are NOT allowed to bring alcoholic beverages onto the premises. Please be aware that managers and other adult employees will be monitoring contents of individual ice chests brought onto club grounds for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
